Case 01 · Crowding and deep bite correction

Crowding happens when there is not enough room for the teeth to sit in an even arch, while a deep bite means the upper front teeth overlap the lower teeth more than they should. Dr. Nilofer planned the tooth movements to create space, align both arches and reduce the excessive overlap, improving the bite while preserving the patient’s natural teeth.

Case 02 · Creating space without tooth extraction

Two dentists had advised this patient that two teeth would need to be removed to create enough space to bring back the teeth. After a detailed orthodontic assessment, Dr. Nilofer planned and completed non-extraction orthodontic treatment—carefully creating room, aligning the teeth and improving the bite while preserving the patient’s natural teeth. Non-extraction treatment is not suitable for every patient; achieving it in a crowded case depends on precise diagnosis, space management and controlled tooth movement.

Case 03 · Crossbite correction with clear aligners

A crossbite means that some upper teeth bite inside the lower teeth instead of outside them. These cases can be difficult to correct with aligners because each movement must be planned carefully while the bite is being stabilised. Dr. Nilofer treated this complex crossbite with clear aligners, improving alignment and the way the upper and lower teeth meet after treatment.

Case 04 · Open bite correction

An open bite means the upper and lower front teeth do not meet when the back teeth are together. These cases are among the more demanding orthodontic problems because both correction and long-term stability require careful control of the bite. Dr. Nilofer planned the tooth movements precisely to close the open bite, create a functional overlap and improve overall alignment after completing treatment.

Case 05 · Gummy smile correction without surgery

A gummy smile shows more gum above the upper teeth than desired. This case was corrected with orthodontic treatment without jaw surgery or temporary anchorage devices (mini-implants). Dr. Nilofer planned the tooth and bite changes to improve the smile line and create a more balanced relationship between the teeth, gums and lips.
